Information submitted by individuals who interact with a Tapique card, such as form responses, may also be collected. Information is used to provide and maintain the Tapique service, process payments, send essential transactional communications, and improve platform performance and functionality. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Data may be accessed, updated, or deleted through the account dashboard or by contacting Tapique.
Applicable laws may provide rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data. Requests are handled in accordance with relevant regulations.
The platform may include links to third-party websites or services. Tapique is not responsible for the privacy practices of these external platforms.
